1 cupgrated gobhi
as required Handful of chopped coriander
1 tablespoonkasuri methi
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 piecedhaniya powder
1/2 teaspoon of ajwain
as per tasteSalt
For paratha
2 tablespoonGhee
as requiredSmall amount of wheat flour Dough

Assemble all these things together mentioned for stuffing

Take small portion of the dough stuff this mix, cover it and roll it. Then place this on tawa,cook both sides and spread some ghee.
