Crispy Fried Bananas

I've always made fried bananas using just all-purpose flour, or at most, banana fritter flour 😅
But they get soft when cold...
Finally found a recipe for fried bananas that stay crispy even when cold.
Let's try it, I made a double batch right away 💪🏻💪🏻

Steps
- 1
Combine all ingredients except margarine and water. Mix well.
- 2
Add margarine. Mix again.
- 3
Gradually add water, stirring until there are no lumps. The final batter should be somewhat thick. Set aside.
- 4
Cut the bananas in half. Or, cut them into fan shapes or small pieces, as you like 😁
- 5
Dip the bananas in the batter, then fry in hot oil over medium heat.
- 6
Drain when golden brown. As claimed, these fried bananas stay crispy even when cold. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻
