Pani puri/ gol gappay is everyone's favourite. So decided to make it for satisfying the cravings. Couldn't take the every step picture. So ignore it and enjoy.
Steps

Gappay preparation;
In a bowl add all the dough ingredients and knead it until soft dough forms. - 2
Now set aside let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Now take dough and mkae small ball. Roll thin with a rolling pin and cut with a round shape cutter.

Cover for 10 minutes and then fry them.

For gappay Pani;
In a wok, add water and imli water and all the mentioned ingredients and bring it to boil. - 6
Gappay Pani is ready.

For Meethi chutney;
In a pan add imli ka pulp and add gur, water. Cook until it becomes a paste. - 8
Now add chat masala, red chilli powder, ginger powder,zeera and salt and cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Sweet chutney is ready.

For green chutney;
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well. - 11
Green chutney is ready.

Assembling;
Poke a hole in gappay, add some chickpeas, add meethi chutney, green chutney, yogurt and pour it gappay water and enjoy it.
