I made this eid special buttery garlic mushrooms with herbs. Pan fried buttery garlic, herbe button mushrooms is a favourite starter appetizer. People love mushrooms, certainly enjoy this special occasion dish.

I made this eid special buttery garlic mushrooms with herbs. Pan fried buttery garlic, herbe button mushrooms is a favourite starter appetizer. People love mushrooms, certainly enjoy this special occasion dish.
Steps

Heat butter and oil in a deep pan and allow to splutter.

Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
- 3
Then mix the button mushrooms, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder well with coating.

Add chopped green chillies and minced garlic cloves.
- 5
Saute for a minute and drop the dry herbs, mentioned above.

Cover and cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot.
