750 mlfull fat milk
50 gramthin Sewaiyyan
1 tbspghee
1 tbspkismis
as required Few strands of saffron
2 tbspjaggery
1 tbspsugar
1 pinchsalt
1/2 cupchopped pistachios and almonds

Roast Sewaiyyan with ghee along with kismis. Add the boiled full fat milk.

Then, add jaggery, sugar, salt and reduce to one-third.

Allow to cook. Garnish with chopped nuts and berries. Tasty Sewaiyyan are ready to serve.
