In a bowl mix everything including whisk egg.

Then heat your masa pan in medium heat

Put oil in each hole of the masa pan,using kichen spoon

Pour your potatoes mixture and fry in medium heat.

When you notice it start frying flip the other side for 10 min.

Serve with ketchup or plain.
