I love ginger and have always enjoyed cooking with it. This is one of the easiest and most inexpensive family dinner recipes. Crispy meat coated in a sweet and slightly spicy garlic and ginger sauce. In just 30 minutes you will have a meal that the whole family will love.
Steps
- 1
We start by preparing the ingredients: crush the garlic cloves, cut the snake beans into 5 cm lengths, thinly slice the onions, peel the ginger piece and slice it thinly into thin strips.
- 2
Heat half the oil in a wok, and stir-fry the beef in batches until browned all over, then remove it from the wok.
- 3
Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Stir fry the ginger strips and garlic until fragrant.
- 4
Add the snake beans and stir-fry until it's just tender.
- 5
Return the beef to the wok and add the onions, Monk sugar, and sauces. Stir-fry until the sugar is dissolved and the beef is cooked as desired.
- 6
Remove the mix from the wok and place it in serving plates. Toss the basil leaves and the sesame seeds.
