Ingredients

≈ 30 minutes
1 person
  1. 1 bunchnoodles for a single person
  2. 5 clovesGarlic
  3. Halfan Onion
  4. Kidney (I recommend marinating this before to ease the strong taste)
  5. Spoonfulhoisin sauce
  6. 2 spoonfulsdark soy sauce
  7. Spoonfulshrimp paste (with chili bean oil)
  8. Oil of your choice (I used peanut, but that is up to you)

Steps

≈ 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water for noodles

  2. 2

    Boil the noodles until soft and chewy

  3. 3

    Place oil in a wok or pan

  4. 4

    Once oil is hot, add garlic and onion

  5. 5

    Let the onions and garlic turn brown

  6. 6

    Add kidney

  7. 7

    Add hoisin sauce

  8. 8

    Add noodles

  9. 9

    Add shrimp paste

  10. 10

    Fry until liking

  11. 11

    Enjoy!
