Ingredients

50 minutes
  • 1 cupsemolina /suji
  • 1 cupfresh mango pulp
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon green cardemom powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2-3 teapoon milk
  • 1/4 cupmixed chopped dry nuts

    In grinding, jar grind mango pulp sugar and make a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix together semolina butter green cardemom powder salt mango pulp mix for 15 min.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, pre-heat the presser cooker grease and dust with flour and baking tin. In batter add baking powder baking soda 2-3 teaspoons of milk mix.

  4. 4

    Pour batter into the baking tin and tap it 2-3 times. Sprinkle mix nuts. After 45 min. check with a toothpick if it came out clean means it did. Otherwise, bake another 5-7 min.

  5. 5

    Cooldown cake completely then demould and cut. (Adjust sugar to the sweetness of mangoes)
