Add oil in pan and add onion in it and fry until golden brown

Add mutton 2 kg and fry for 5 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes

Add 1 liter water 💧 and cook for 1 hour

After 1 hour add spices one by one and cook 8 minutes

After 8 minutes add mixture of yogurt and cream 😋 and again 5 mint cook

After 5 mint garnish with green chili and green coriander

Ready to eat
