Cut the Alus in long pieces with peel. Cut the Bhindi in long pieces.

Heat the 2 tablespoon oil in nonstick pan on medium flame. Than add the Alu pieces and salt. Stirring and shallow fry till golden brown.

Remove the Alu pieces on kitchen paper. Than add the one tablespoon oil in pan. Than add the Bhindi pieces and shallow fry till light brown. Remove the Bhindi on kitchen paper.Than add the cumin seeds and all masala ingredients, lemon juice. Saute it. Than add the Alu pieces and Bhindi. Mix well and switch off the flame

A crispy. tastey Alu Bhindi fry is ready for serve.
