Rice are loved by all, boiling rice is simple yet tricky. In Pakistan people like non sticky rice and Alhamdulilah we are blessed with best Basmati rice in world. Basmati has long grain and not as sticky compared to small grain rice.
White rice are cooked in two ways, 1 - boiling and draining water.
2-absorbing Method /steamed rice.
Today sharing boiled rice method.

Important tips:

1_Always wash your rice 3_4times you till they turn whitish, by this starch is removed a little, but wash gently as rice can break.
2_soaking time is important atkeast 20_30 mins or as instructed on label of rice packet. Soaking makes grain longer.
3 _water ratio
4_Dont stir too much.

Adding garam masalay is not necessary, I sometimes add and sometimes dont.
