Presenting mango stuffed mango balls where balls are resting on a thick and delicious bed of Mango Rabdi.

Make purée of 2 mangoes and cook under medium flame by adding 2-3 tsp Sugar to evaporate excess mango juice and make a thick mango purée. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.

Take bread slice and trim the edges (optional)

In same pan add milk + milk powder + sugar and give a good mix.

Now switch on flame, simmer and reduce milk to more than half of original quantity. Around 1 cup.

Chop small pieces of mango and keep aside.

Dip bread slice in milk, just dip and take out and squeeze gently, put 3-4 mango cubes right in middle and seal very gently and give shape of balls.

Place balls in serving dish. Now add the cooked mango purée into the reduced milk and give a nice mix.

Pour the mango rabdi on the balls and coat the balls well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and it is ready to serve.

Garnish with dry fruits and serve.

Serve chilled and enjoy.
