In a bowl take 250 gm All-purpose Flour / Whole wheat flour

Add in 1/4 Tsp Salt,1/4 Tsp Sugar and 1 Tbsp ghee and mix well.

Next add water as required in batches and knead a soft dough.

Cover and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.

After resting the dough well, knead the dough again for a minute then divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Take one portion,dust it with some flour and roll it using a rolling pin.

After rolling out into a roti apply some ghee on it and sprinkle some flour.

Now place a Gulab Jamun in the centre,mash it,add some chopped nuts of your choice.

Bring the sides to the centre and seal and shape into ball. Dust with a little more flour and roll it into a paratha.

Make more paratha with the remaining dough follow the same steps.

Heat a non-stick tawa, place a paratha on it and cook turning sides till both sides are almost done.

It should take one minute for each side.

Next apply ghee on one side, flip and apply ghee on the other side too and continue to cook till both sides are evenly golden brown and crisp.

Gulabjamun Paratha is ready serve hot with chilled Rabri or your favourite ice cream
