Fried Potato Circles

My mother used to cook this, and I was always so happy when she would. I still do like it, so I've decided to share the recepie with people that haven't heard of it. It's so simple, lots of people know probably know it. English is also not my first language, so I'm gonna try to translate the ingredients as well as possible.

Steps
- 1
If you're using young potatoes, you can peel them by turning your knife. The backside will easily take the skin off.
- 2
After you've peeled the potatoes, cut them into circles.
- 3
Take the pig fat (or oil) and put it in a deep pan. When it starts boiling, you can carefully place the potato circles in.
- 4
After some time, the potatoes should be done. If they're done, they'll be hard on the outside, and a little softer in the middle (some smaller pieces can be all hard, but it's nothing to worry about).
