Wash your catfish clean. Put a pot of water on fire
When the water is boiling, put in the catfish. - 2
Add the seasoning cube, salt and onions to the catfish and cover it to boil for 3-5mins

Put in the peppersoup spice, crayfish, pepper
Stir all together
Cover it to boil for 10mins - 4
Add the scent leaves and stir
Allow to boil for 5mins
Your catfish peppersoup is ready
