Scotch bonnet, green chili, cooking oil

Boiled yam, mashed it add your grated onion, scotch bonnet, green chili, seasoning

Mix it all very well then boiled fish
3

Remove the bones add it in to yam mix
4

Mix it again then add butter and mix it again mold it into balls
5

Add your yam balls into egg dust it with bread crumbs and fry it. serve it with ketchup. thank you
