Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl add salt and oil mix together. add little water and knead it. Make a semi-soft dough. cover and keep aside for ten minutes.

In another bowl take sattu flour, add onion, green Chilli, coriander leaves, all the powder spices, and pickle Masala. Add salt and mustard oil mix well.

Now take the dough divide it into equal parts and make medium size balls. Take one ball press in the middle fill with 2 tsp sattu mixture and close the edges. roll it like paratha.

Heat a pan cook the paratha for a minute then apply little oil and cook it from both sides until turns golden brown. Prepare all the paratha. Serve with buttermilk.
