Chop the onion, garlic, red chilies, and bird's eye chilies.

Cut the crab sticks in half, then heat a little oil and fry until crispy. Set aside.

Set aside some oil, then sauté the onion until well mixed.

Add the garlic, mix well, then add the red chilies and bird's eye chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

Add the curry seasoning, oyster sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and seasoning. Mix well.

Mix the cornstarch with water, then pour into the pan. Stir until thickened.

Beat the egg lightly, then pour it into the pan slowly while stirring.

Add the crab sticks and cook briefly.
