Ingredients

15 - 20 minutes
1 serving
  • 1quail, plucked clean and butterflied
  • 1 tspminced garlic and ginger
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tsplemon or orange juice (taste varies)
  • Salt to taste

Steps

15 - 20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix marinade ingredients, massage into quail and put away in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 250°C. Line or grease an oven tray and set aside

  3. 3

    Place quail onto tray flat, with skin side down. Bake for 15 minutes then rest for a few minutes before devouring
