  • Pinchred chilli powder
  • Halftspn ground spices
  • Pinchnutmeg powder
  • 1green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tblspn yogurt
  • 1lemon

    Blend everything with mince.

    Apply coal smoke for 2 3 min in mince

  3. 3

    Make kabab shape on skewer.freeze them

  4. 4

    Fry on low flame in very low oil
