  • 2 portionsUgba
  • Seasonings to taste

    Cut your yam and cook.

    Grate your pepper and onion.

  3. 3

    Fry it with palm oil for 2 mins.

  4. 4

    Add your cooked kpomo and ugba.

  5. 5

    Then add your seasonings to taste.

  6. 6

    Cook for 3 mins on low heat.

  7. 7

    Then serve.
