Sabudana Vada

Firstly, wash the sabudana properly and soak it overnight. Then drain sabudana and rest it for 20-25 minutes.

Take a grinding jar add roasted peanuts, green chilly make a course powder. Now take a large bowl and add mashed potatoes, peanuts, green chili, cumin seeds, chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Mix everything well.

Make small size balls and press gently. Keep aside. Now take a kadhai heat oil. Deep fry Vada on both sides till golden brown. Take it out on a plate. Sabudana Vada is ready now. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
