This is a healthy option for breakfast. I added Sweetcorn in regular sooji upma that made it tastier and healthy which kids will definitely love.
Steps

Dry roast sooji in microwave for 2min

Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai

Add mustard seeds and cumin

Once it starts crackling add chopped onion, curry leaves and green chillies

Saute for 2min

Add sweetcorn

Now add salt and turmeric powder

Add roasted sooji

Again saute for 2min stir continuously

Add 2 cups of boiling water

Add sugar

Cover and cook for 2min on low flame

Turned off the flame

Add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

While serving grate paneer on it
