Grind all the groceries above including the ginger and garlic in a blender.

In a pot,put in oil, meat and chopped onion stir fry till golden brown.

Pour in the blended mixture and allow to cook for 30 minutes.

Then pour in your grinded groundnut and allow to cook for another 30 minutes.

Pour in spinach and yakuwa inside and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and serve with desired swallow, or Masa. I paired my own with tuwon rice and man shanu enjoy!
