Ingredients

45 minutes
five serving
  1. 2 cupsmaida
  2. 1/2 cuprefined oil
  3. 1 tspajwain / carom seeds
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. As neededWater (as required) warm
  6. 4-5boiled potatoes (medium size)
  7. 2-3Green chillies
  8. 1/2 inchginger (grated)
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspamchur powder
  12. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. As Per TasteSalt
  15. 1/2 cupfresh coriander leaves
  16. As RequiredOil for frying

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take one bowl mash the potatoes with your hands. Take one pan add oil. Then add ginger and green chilli fry for one minute. After that add mashed aloo and fry for another one minute and mix all spices. Keep aside for cooling.

    Take one big bowl and make a semi soft dough with the help of all ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes. After that make balls and make a vertical roti and cut it from middle.

  3. 3

    Make a cone with the help your hand and fill the mixture and make samosa and keep it in a big plate.
    Heat the oil in a pan and fry these samosa in a low to medium flame.

  4. 4

    Your crispy and tasty samose are ready enjoy rainy season with these super tasty samose with hot masala tea.
