1 table spoonbaking powder
Doum palm water
Add 4 table spoon of sugar
Add pinch of salt
Vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients together

Add doum water to form a little thick batter

Cover and allow it to rise for 30minutes

Then put your pan on fire add enough vegetable oil drop in onion allow to fry

Finally you drop in your mixture in to the oil and fry
