  1. 4 piecesKing fish (vanjiram)
  2. 1 tspChilli powder
  3. As RequiredOil
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspJeera power
  6. 1 tspPepper powder

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together with salt and then apply on fish. Keep it for good1 hour.

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish.

  3. 3

    Add 2 pieces at a time else they will start to break.

  4. 4

    Serve with sauce or salad.
