Wash and boil arbi for 3 whistles

Grease palm with oil and peel arbi to avoid itching

Cut into roundels

Dry roast besan along with masalas and mix with curd when cool

Heat up pan add ghee and splutter carrom seeds
- 6
Add paste and chillies and curd to cook

Add water and let it boil

Add arbi and cook for 2 mins covered

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with phulkas
