Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal,
  2. 1 cupthick poha,
  3. as per requirementsalt to taste,
  4. 2onions finely chopped,
  5. 8-10green chilies finely chopped,
  6. 4 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves,
  7. 1 tspgrated ginger
  8. 2 tspgarlic paste,
  9. 1grated carrot,
  10. Tempering:-
  11. 2 tbspoil,
  12. 2 tsprai,
  13. 2 tspcumin,
  14. 8-10 curry leaves,

Cooking Instructions

    Soak urad dal and poha separately for 2 hours.After this, grind both separately and mix both well and leave it for 2 hours.

    After this add finely chopped onion, green chili, green coriander, carrot, garlic ginger and mix it. add salt to it and mix

    Tempering:- Heat oil, add cumin and mustard seeds, add curry leaves to crackle. Add this prepared tempering to the mixture and mix.hai

    Apply oil to Appe Pat with a brush. Put appe pat on medium flame, put appe, cover and cook for 2 minutes. After this, flip it and roast it till it turns golden brown on both the sides.

    Serve hot appe with coconut chutney.
