Wash the rice, dal, and poha separately 2-3 times.

Soak them in enough water for 5-6 hours.

Drain all the water and grind it to smooth paste little water at a time.

Now pour it in a bowl add salt mix it and leave it for fermentation for about 8-9 hours.

You will see the batter has doubled up after the fermentation.

Now we make masala Aloo heat a pan add oil. Then mustard seed,turmeric powder, mix well. Add onion potato, chilli powder, salt, chaat masala mix well. Keep a side.

Now take a non-stick dosa pan. Pour 2 scoop of batter and gently spread the batter from the center to outward directions.

Apply masala Aloo and fold.

Cook till crisp and golden brown in color.

Now we are making sambhar heat a pressure cooker put some oil in it add mustard seeds, cumin seed, curry leaves, onion in it after 2 mins add ginger garlic paste saute 5 minutes.now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind pulp and salt, after that add tomato cook for 2 min add pumpkin and tuvar daal and water as required now close it and take 5-6 whistle.

Let it cool down open the lead and mix sambhar well.
Serve sambhar with dosa & coconut chutney.
