Flat Bread

Well, at one stage I found it difficult to make any Indian dish. A lady named Reshma told me about a craze during lockdown of using two ingredients to make flat bread. I decided to look into this and I found it to be easy peasy 🤞🏼

Well, at one stage I found it difficult to make any Indian dish. A lady named Reshma told me about a craze during lockdown of using two ingredients to make flat bread. I decided to look into this and I found it to be easy peasy 🤞🏼
Steps
- 1
Mix the ingredients together till you form a soft dough.
- 2
Leave covered for 20/30 Minutes for a softer bread. You can also skip this step if you’d like.
- 3
Divide the dough into six balls and roll out over your dusted area.
- 4
Set your stove on medium to high. No butter or oil is required. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned.
- 5
You can make a garlic coriander butter mix to put over them but they are ready to eat as is if you don’t want to add it. If you’d like to, put your ingredients together and warm up slowly in the microwave. Then slather it on! 😋
