Soak both daal and soya badi for 5 to 6 hrs.

After that rinse the extra water and pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles by adding 1 tbsp oil, whole ground spices and a little amount of salt and a little amount of water

Take out the boiled lentils in a bowl and allow it to cool. Now mash this material and add also mash boiled potato with it.

Now mix all rest ingredients in it and shape it as you like.

Grease the pan and roast the kabab until they turned in golden brown in colour.

Garnish it with lemon, coriander leaves, chopped onions and chaat masala.

Serve it with chutney and paratha
