Finely chop the onion.

Cut capsicum into chunks or strips.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in onion and fry till light golden.

Add in chicken,ginger garlic,tomato paste and all the spices.

Fry till chicken changes its colour.

Add in potatoes and stir well.

Cook covered till chicken and potatoes are tender.

Add in capsicum and stir.

Sprinkle garam masala.

Cook covered on dum for 10 minutes.

Serve with rice/roti.
