It's been raining nonstop for the past 5 days and I have been under the weather 😷, what better way to soothe my body if not hot pepper soup 🍲

Wash offal thoroughly and parboil with knorr cube, onion, salt and little cameroon pepper, without water. You want your spices to infuse into your offal before adding more water

Cook on low heat for about 25 to 30mins, 15 minutes into cooking, add yam and if water dries out in between, add little water and cook till offal is almost tender

Once offal is almost tender add hot water into the pot, add pepper soup spice, Cameroon pepper, salt crayfish, knorr cube. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary

After 10 minutes, turn off heat and add your scent leaf and uziza leaf.

Serve with hot white rice and enjoy
