Ingredients

35 to 40 mins
10,12 people
  • Liver (kaleeji) as required
  • Spleen (tili) as required
  • Lungs (phapra) as required
  • Heart (dil) as required
  • Kidney (gurday) as required
  • 1big onion (sliced)
  • 1.5 cupyoghurt
  • 2,3black cardamom
  • 1 tsppepper corn
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5red chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1.5 tbspginger, garlic paste
  • 1 tspdry fenugreek (heaped)
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
  • 1 cupOil
  • Water as required

Steps

35 to 40 mins
  1. 1

    Wash all the organ nicely and keep in strainer to drain out all water,

  2. 2

    Now heat the oil and add all whole spices and onion give a nice golden color then add all washed organ in it and mix all together,

  3. 3

    Then organs change their color add ginger garlic paste and powder spices mix well and fry them about 7 to 10 minute then add water to help them get tender,

  4. 4

    Then all organ get tender completely add yogurt and dry fenugreek fry them until oil get separate,now dish it out and garnish with coriander, serve with naan/ chapati
