  9. 1 1/2 teaspoonKashmiri chilli powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoonChilli powder
  11. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  12. 3/4 teaspoonCumin seeds
  13. 2 1/4 teaspoonCoriander seeds
  14. 3/4 teaspoonFennel seeds
  15. 5 small sticksCinnamon
  16. 3Cloves
  17. 2 largeBayleaf
  18. As RequiredCoriander leaves or kashuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    DHABA MASALA: Dry roast the Cinnamon 4 small, cloves 2, above required quantities of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds and put into a blender and blend it into a fine powder....

    Add 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and req salt into paneer cubes....Place a separate pan and add 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil, then slightly fry the paneer cubes....

    Place a separate pan, add 2 tsp butter, 1 3/4 tablespoon oil into a pan and add bayleaf, cinnamon 1 small, cloves 1, onions, tomatoes and stir it to make an onion golden.... In this stage add 3 teaspoon of dhaba masala powder, 1 1/2 Kashmiri chilli powder...

    Add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp and yogurt 4 teaspoon and enough water for cooking

    The gravy is going to thick in above pic... In this stage add paneer and coriander leaves and cook for 5 min
