First, wash and drain the poha well. Keep covered to absorb the water for 5 to 8 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Pop in mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. Then add hing, green chilies, and curry leaves and saute well. - 2
Then fry onion till pink.
Add in peas and carrots.
Then mix in turmeric powder, Chilli powder and stir well. - 3
Add poha, and salt sugar, and mix nicely. Sprinkle 1 tsp water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

Then pack in your kid's lunch box after cooling a little.
Add a lemon wedge to squeeze on top.
Pack some Yoghurt for an all-round tiffin.
