as requiredpepper powder
1/2 tspCoriander powder
leavesFinely chopped coriander

Assemble ingredients, mash potato then add salt + pepper + coriander powder + chopped coriander leaves and mix nicely.

Take biscuits and top with around 2 tbsp of the potato mixture.

Garnish with pomegranate.
