2 cupsblack chick peas (kala chana) - boiled
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspdry ginger powder
1/2 tspdry mango powder
1 tspchat masala
as per tasteSalt
3 tbspoil
1Juice of a lime
Fresh coriander leaves, sliced onion
and chopped chillies for garnishing

Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Put boiled chana and fry it for a minute.
Add all the spices along with the salt and fry it well for 4-5 minutes.
Add lemon juice. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, onion slices and chopped chillies.
Serve hot.
