Wash, peel and dice the potatoes, deep fry till almost done

Wash the kidney, dice and cook with water, pepper mix, carrot, curry and seasoning to form a sauce till very soft

Add the fried diced potatoes into the sauce mix throughly and reduce heat, allow to simmer for 3-5 mins

It ready to be served, best for breakfast 😋😋
