Ingredients

  1. 200 mlcoconut milk
  2. 200 mlcoconut water (or just tap water if you prefer)
  3. 1 tspvanilla essence
  4. 100 gjumbo oats
  5. 2 handfulssunflower seeds
  6. Berries of your choice (I like blackberries because the tartness complements the sweet coconut taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat coconut milk, water and vanilla in a pan on low-med heat

  2. 2

    Add oats and stir on low-med heat until porridge is cooked to your liking

  3. 3

    Serve with sunflower seeds and a few berries on top
