  • 1avocado
  • 2 sliceslean ham
  • 2 Multi grain rice cakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chilli flakes
  • jarArtichoke hearts from

Steps

5 min quick lunch
  1. 1

    Place two rice cakes on a plate

  2. 2

    Add 1 slice of ham on each

  3. 3

    Half an avocado remove pip

  4. 4

    Slice into chunks and place on rice cakes

  5. 5

    Place artichoke hearts ontop

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with chilli flakes and sesame seeds to finish
