Ingredients

Outer layer :
1 cupMango purée
1.5 cupmilk/milk powder
2 cupdesiccated coconut
1/2 cupmishri powder/powdered sugar/jaggery
1 tspghee
Core :
10-12cashew
10-12almond(preferably peeled)
1 tbspmishri powder
1/4 tspcardamom powder
3/4 cupdesiccated coconut
1 tbspmilk malai(fresh cream)

Blend all the ingredients for ‘outer layer’ except ghee. Heat a pan, add ghee and add the blended mix. Cook on low-medium flame until the mixture comes together and seems good to bind

Blend all the ingredients for ‘core’ and keep aside.

Make balls of mango mix and flatten. Make smooth balls of core mix

Keep the core mix ball on the flattened mango ball. Bring together the outer layer to completely cover the core
5

Roll it, dust it or just top it with roasted poppy seeds
