In a pan put 3 tbsp of oil 2 chopped onions 2 finely chopped sweet pepper sauté 2 finely chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin 1 tbsp paprika salt add tomatoes sauté cook it for 10 min. - 2
Then put 2 cups of course bulgur wheat
3 cups hot water 1 tbsp butter cover and cook for 20 min (low heat) bon appetit
