Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew and almonds. You can choose nuts as per your choice

Remove nuts and add a little bit more ghee again.

Now add curry leaves, hing, haldi, salt, and makhana

Now fry till the makhana are slightly golden. Add sugar and fry for one min

Put it in an air-tight container. And enjoy your snack
