Ingredients

3 servings
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • As Per Taste Dry rice flour for dustining
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsugar powder
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1bread slice
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 2 tbsprava
  • 1 cupmaida

Steps

    In a mixing bowl add maida, curd, oil baking powder, sugar powder, and salt. Cut the edges of the bread slice. Wet bread slice a little in water and crumbled it, add to maida mixture. Mix well.

    Add little water to bind it into a soft dough. Apply oil all over the dough. Keep covered for at least 2-3 hours to ferment.

    At the time of making..knead the dough again to make it smooth. Divide into 8- 9 equal portions balls.

    Heat oil for frying. Take one dough ball, flattened it, dust it with rice flour, and gently roll it into round puri of 5"- 6" diameter.

    Gently drop in hot oil, on a medium-high flame. As it puffs up and the lower side turns crispy golden, flip and fry till the lower side turns crispy golden.

  6. 6

    Similarly, prepare all bhature. Serve Relish Delicious Hot Bhature with chole.
