With the same ingredients of Farali Sabudana Vada I twist in method of making it in waffle moulds instead of deep fry!
Steps

Peel and chopped boiled potato into small pieces. In mixing container add soaked sabudana, mix roasted peanuts coarse powder,salt, green chilli paste. Mix well. Add potato pieces, chopped green coriander leaves, cumin seeds, lemon juice, sugar. Mix well.

Mash and knead with hand palms as much as you can to make dough.

Divide into 2 equal portions. Make thick rectangular shape. (You can make round shape if your waffle mould is round).

Preheat Waffle maker. Apply ghee on prepared sabudana patty. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and place in preheated waffle maker. Cover and cook for 3- 4 minutes.

Flip farali sabudana waffle and cook another 3-4 minutes till crispy golden.

Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Farali Sabudana Waffle with fresh curd.
