First take the rice wash it nicely and dip in water for one hour let them soak.This method you can prepare previous day it self..

Then with help of strainer drop all your excess water completely and dry in your cotton cloth let them dry near to your fan.Then after 20 minute little bit of soaked rice little bit of water also there in your rice.Then take urad dal one tsp just dry roast it and combine rice powder and urad dal mix and grind in your mixie grinder.make a fine powder.with the help seive once again clean it and take it in a tray.keep it aside.

Prepare cut the coconut and take a small piece..keep it aside...

Take quarter cup of water add your jaggery powder slowly and let them come into one string consistency add few more quarter cup of water and add dry ginger powder and coconut small piece and pour the jaggery mixture in to your prepared rice powder,add two of ghee,(melted)and add two tsp of Koya if you want to mix it is optional only.Add cardamon powder also. Make a dough like roti dough.keep it covere for some time let them rest.

This rest process is a must so that when you are preparing and rolling you will get a gulab jamun round consistency..

Meanwhile start your refined oil will be heated and control your flame the Veela sedai balls will be cooked in a slow processing only.Then only it will cooked nicely..

Take your dough make a round shape like gulab jamun completely finished it and let you pour in the heated refined pouring one by one after some time from the oil it will be completely cooked and turned in to golden colour.Then pour in a vessel.and taste it.
