First of all take chopped cabbage grated carrot chopped onion Chopda shimla mirch and then mix it in a bowl now add ginger garlic paste in it

Then add soya sauce red chilli powder and corn flour in it

Also add salt as per test salt required few quantity because soya source is also salty. Now mix it well without adding water if it is not wet then add little bit water and keep pan on gas and add oil in it when oil is heated add Pakoda with the help of spoon or by hand

Pakoda are very crispy serve it with pudina chutney or sauce or any dip
